1. Overview

Zak The GoAnimator partners with brands through animated sponsor segments that appear inside full-length videos on the channel. No dedicated YouTube Shorts and no standalone review videos. Each placement is designed to feel native to the show while clearly labelled as a paid sponsorship.

The goal is to create collaborations that enhance the viewer experience rather than interrupt it. Sponsors are integrated naturally into the story or theme of the episode, giving your brand a presence that feels both genuine and memorable.

By combining high-quality animation, humour, and storytelling, these integrations deliver results for advertisers while maintaining transparency and trust with the audience.

Note: PayPal is the sole accepted payment method for all sponsorships and collaborations. This ensures secure, trackable transactions for both parties, with built-in buyer and seller protection. Payments should be sent directly to [email protected]. Other payment methods, including bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or third-party processors, are not supported at this time.

2. Integration Format

  • Animated Segment Only: 45 to 90 seconds embedded within a long-form video. Mid-roll by default; pre-roll on request.
  • Voice & Script: Sponsors may provide a script. I will adapt it for pacing, clarity, and brand safety. Final wording remains at my discretion to maintain channel voice.
  • CTA & Links: One primary call to action. Link in the video description and on screen. A pinned comment is available as an add-on.
  • No Shorts: I do not create YouTube Shorts that revolve around a sponsor.

Each integration is produced using the same tools, pacing, and humour as the rest of the show, ensuring that it aligns with audience expectations. Sponsors benefit from a seamless fit within the content rather than feeling like a traditional advert break.

3. Rates

Below are accessible, creator-friendly rates in USD. Pricing reflects an efficient Vyond-based workflow while still covering writing, animation, and sound design.

  • Standard Animated Mid-roll (45 to 60s): $500
  • Premium Animated Mid-roll (60 to 90s): $900

  • Pinned Comment with Link for 30 Days: +$50

All rates are designed to be transparent and scalable depending on the scope of your campaign. Whether you’re an indie app developer or a large brand, there’s flexibility to find a solution that fits your needs and timeline.

4. Creative Guidelines

  • Script: Scripts are welcome. I may edit for timing, clarity, and compliance. Maximum 140 to 160 words for a 60-second segment. If a script exceeds this, I will trim or suggest an extended placement.
  • Claims: All performance or comparative claims must be substantiated with sources that can be disclosed in the description if required.
  • Revisions: One round of consolidated changes. Revisions cover copy tweaks and minor visual adjustments. New concepts, brand pivots, or scope changes are out of scope and may incur additional fees.
  • Brand Safety: I reserve the right to decline categories that conflict with the channel or violate platform rules.

These guidelines ensure creative alignment while keeping each collaboration respectful of both brand and audience. The goal is to tell your story in a way that feels natural and authentic to my channel’s tone.

5. Usage Rights

  • Channel Posting: Included. The segment remains available as part of the episode in perpetuity.
  • Organic Reposting by Sponsor: Allowed on sponsor-owned social channels for 30 days with credit and a link back to the original video.
  • Paid Use (Whitelisting): Not included unless the add-on licence is purchased. See Rates for options.
  • Edits: Sponsors may not edit or alter the segment without written permission.

These rights are structured to protect both creative integrity and brand investment. Sponsors gain measurable exposure while the channel retains consistency and authenticity across all published media.
